Joel joined the firm in 2011 as an Equity Trader. He was promoted to the position of Head of Equity Trading in August 2025. Prior to that, he held positions at Boyne Resorts and Brown Brother Harriman.  

Joel sits on the Board of The Boston Securities Traders Association. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, travelling, and outdoor endeavors.
