Emma joined Congress Asset Management in 2023. In her current role as a research analyst, she is responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data on public companies and industry trends to formulate recommendations in the Health Care sector. She is also serves as the research analyst on the Small Cap Growth strategy. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.

Prior to Congress, she held several positions at CIBC Private Wealth Management.

Outside of work, she enjoys running and hiking.
