Zach joined Congress Asset Management in 2017 and became a member of the Equity Research team in 2021. In July 2025, he was promoted to Portfolio Manager and serves on the SMid Growth and Multi-Cap Growth Investment Committees.

Prior to joining Congress, Zach held a client service role at State Street Global Services, where he specialized in Advent’s portfolio accounting platform and custody services. He is a CFA charterholder.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys staying active through golf, softball, and skiing.
