Tom joined Congress Asset Management in 2025. In his role as Research Analyst, he is responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data on public companies and developing investment recommendations within the Information Technology sector, with a particular focus on the Hardware and Semiconductor industries. He also serves as the research analyst for the Multi-Cap Growth strategy.

Prior to joining Congress, Tom spent three years at Commonwealth Financial Network as a research analyst on the Equity Research Team, where he concentrated on high-growth companies for its thematic growth portfolio. Earlier in his career, he worked in State Street’s Global Markets division.

He is a CFA charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and CFA Society Boston.
