Sydney joined Congress Asset Management in 2026. In her role as a Research Analyst, she is responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data on public companies and industry trends to formulate recommendations in the Financials, Energy, and REITs sectors. She also serves as the research analyst on the Dividend Growth strategy.

Prior to Congress, Sydney worked at Fidelity Investments as a Sector Specialist, where she covered the Technology and Communication Services sectors. She is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Boston, where she serves on the Emerging Leaders Committee.
