Sean joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as Senior Performance Analyst. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining firmwide GIPS compliance, performance measurement, and AUM/AUA reporting.

Prior to joining Congress, Sean was a Performance Analyst at Manulife and Insight Investment. During his tenure, he specialized in fixed income attribution, data visualization, and leading large-scale system migrations.

Sean is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society Boston.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys traveling, ice hockey, skiing and spending quality time with his family and friends.
