Rob joined Congress Asset Management in 2026. In his current role as a Research Associate, he is responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data on public companies and industry trends to formulate investment recommendations.

Prior to joining Congress, Rob worked at Eagle Bay, where his responsibilities included assisting with portfolio construction, investment reporting, and maintaining the firm’s alternative products. He is pursuing the CFA designation.
