Rebecca joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as an Operations Associate, where she is responsible for proxy voting, new account onboarding, trade settlements, and other operational and trade support functions.

Before joining Congress, Rebecca gained extensive experience supporting trading and operations teams at MFS Investment Management, BNP Paribas, and State Street. Her work spanned a broad range of asset classes, including fixed income securities, equities, and derivatives, providing her with a deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle. She brings expertise in trade settlements, reconciliations, accounting and regulatory reporting, system implementations, and operational process enhancements.

Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys staying active through fitness and outdoor pursuits. An avid traveler, hiker, and snowboarder, she enjoys exploring new destinations and organizing weekend adventures with friends. She is also committed to community service and volunteered with FriendshipWorks for nearly two years, supporting efforts to reduce loneliness and social isolation among older adults.
