Ralph joined Congress Asset in 2022 as a Regional Consultant responsible for providing sales support to the Northeast and Mid West / S. Florida territories.

Prior to Congress, he worked at Empower Retirement as a senior retirement consultant helping investors achieve their financial goals.

In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, golf, and spending time on Cape Cod with friends and family.
