Noel has been with Congress Asset Management since 2001. In his current role as Portfolio Manager, he is vice chair of the Small Cap Growth Investment Committee, performing fundamental research, security research, and portfolio analysis to generate investment ideas for the Portfolio. He has been a member of this Committee since its inception. Prior to his current role, he was a member of the firm’s equity research team for 12 years, covering a broad range of economic sectors, providing company and industry analysis and recommendations to the investment team to assist their decision making process. Noel is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Boston.
