Monica joined Congress Asset Management in 2025 as Senior Operations Manager, responsible for leading the Operations Team.

She brings over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, most recently working as a contractor on the investment side for various insurance companies. Prior to that, she served as Assistant Vice President at Harvard Management Company, where she led back-office operations teams focused on Data Management, Reconciliation, and Trade Management.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys beekeeping and gardening.
