Lauren joined Congress Asset Management in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. She was promoted to the position of Operations Associate in 2021 and is responsible for account reconciliation and new account setup. She also assists with the performance calculation process for the firm’s strategies.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, skiing, being outside, and staying active.
