Kevin joined Congress Asset Management in 2025 as Head of Information Technology and was promoted to Director of Operations in July 2026. In his current role, he oversees the firm’s Operations, Trading, and Technology functions, with responsibility for driving operational excellence across the organization.

Prior to joining Congress, Kevin spent 17 years at Acadian Asset Management, where he held a variety of roles within the Information Technology team.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
