Jack joined Congress Asset Management in 2025 as an Operations Associate and transitioned into a Business Systems Analyst role in 2026. In this position, he partners with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, optimize workflows, and translate operational needs into technical specifications and system enhancements.

Prior to joining Congress, Jack worked at Charles Schwab, where he educated clients on investment strategies and financial markets.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys golfing and traveling. He is also an affiliate member of CFA Society Boston.
