Haydn joined Congress Asset Management in 2024 as an IT Administrator. In 2026, he was promoted to the position of Information Security Engineer. He has over 10 years of experience in the IT field. 

He began his career at Fiduciary Trust before moving to Bain Capital. 

In his spare time Haydn enjoys gardening, traveling, 3D printing, and spending time with family.
