Chris joined Congress Asset Management in 2025. In his current role as a Research Analyst, he is responsible for analyzing and presenting financial data on public companies and industry trends to formulate recommendations in the Industrials sector. He also serves as the research analyst for the Mid Cap Growth strategy.

Before joining Congress, Chris spent five years at Polen Capital as a research analyst on the Small Cap Growth team, where he focused on identifying quality growth companies in the small- and mid-cap universe. Earlier in his career, he worked for six years on the Research team at Veritable, LP, an ultra-high-net-worth multi-family office, where he concentrated on manager research across U.S. and international public equity strategies. Chris is a CFA charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Boston.
