Ben joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as an Operations Associate. In this role, he is responsible for reconciliation, building and managing reports, and various other data management functions.

Prior to this role, he worked in Operations at Brown Brothers Harriman for four years, ending as a Trade Entry Associate/Supervisor and focusing on trade processing automation and managing operations entry specialists.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys jogging, traveling, and playing board games with his family and friends.
