Arlen joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as an Operations Associate. In this position, he focuses on managing reconciliation, reporting, and trading restrictions.

Prior to joining Congress, Arlen worked at Brown Brothers Harriman where he made an impact in various roles. He left BBH as the senior lead of the Asset Conversion team.

In his spare time, Arlen enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family.
