Amy joined Congress Asset Management in 1996. She is a member of the Small Cap Growth and Mid Cap Growth Investment Committees. She has been a member of both Committees since their inception performing idea generation via fundamental security research and portfolio analysis. Amy is also currently responsible for managing taxable high net worth and sub-advisory accounts. Prior to her current role, she was a member of the firm’s Equity Research team and a member of the Large Cap Growth Investment Committee.

Before joining Congress Asset, she held positions at New England Insurance and Investments, Fidelity Investments, and Newbury, Piret & Company, Inc.

During her spare time, she is the Treasurer and Secretary of the Our Promise to Nicholas Foundation, a member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, as well as a member of the Minuteman Model A Car Club. Amy is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
