Nathalie joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as an Operations Associate, bringing more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Congress, she served as an Investor Services Senior Associate at a fixed income private investment firm, where she supported institutional clients and developed expertise in operations and relationship management.

Outside the office, Nathalie enjoys traveling, staying active, exploring the outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time by the water, her favorite place to recharge.
