Allison joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as Controller. She is responsible for the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, and financial operations.

Allison has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership within the investment management industry. Prior to joining Congress, she served as Head of International Finance at Polen Capital. Previously, she held leadership positions at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG) and began her career in public accounting with KPMG. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Allison sits on the Board of Beverly Bootstraps. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and traveling.
