Melissa joined Congress Asset Management in 2025 as an Equity Trader.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent more than 24 years at AEW Capital Management, including 17 years on the trading desk and 7 years in operations.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys skiing and spending time at the beach with her husband and two daughters.
