Marc joined Congress Asset Management in 2020 as a Senior Operations Analyst. He was promoted to Director of Operations in June 2022.

He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including positions as a Senior Operations Analyst at Cadence Capital Management, Senior Portfolio Manager at the Hartford Investment Management Co., and Quantitative Analyst at Batterymarch Financial Management.

His spare time is spent attending his three children’s football, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, and field hockey games. In between games he and his family can be found on a lake, a beach, or on a boat fishing.
