Ethan joined Congress Asset Management in 2026 as an Operations Analyst. In this role, he is responsible for trade settlement, reconciliation, and various other data management functions.

Prior to joining Congress, Ethan spent more than six years in trade management, holding positions at Putnam Investments, Brown Brothers Harriman, and most recently, State Street, where he served as a Senior Associate focused on trade matching, affirmation, and settlement.

In his spare time, Ethan enjoys golfing, traveling, and making homemade pizza.
