Brian joined Congress Asset Management in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Head of Operations. He joins us from Acadian Asset Management where he was Senior Vice President, Head of Equity Strategies Securities Operations.

He has over 30 years operations leadership experience, with a focus on operations re-engineering. Prior to Acadian, Brian was Head of Post Trade Services at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore, MD as well as spending over 10 years as Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Operations & Finance at Harvard Management Company in Boston.

Brian spends much of his spare time as a singer and keyboardist in a rock ‘n roll cover band.
