Jim joined Congress Asset Management in 2023 and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Congress, Jim was with Wellington Management Company, where he served as a Senior Compliance Officer. Prior, Jim was the Chief Compliance Officer at Balter Capital Management. In addition, Jim served as an examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston conducting regulatory examinations of banks, including bank-owned asset managers.
