JOSEPH J. GELLY, JR. - Executive Vice President

Experience: 24 years
Mr. Gelly leads our institutional business development team and is responsible for the firms initiatives in the institutional marketplace.  Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Gelly held a similar position at SEI Investments for over 9 years as well as served as Director of US Business Sales for Gateway Inc. out of San Diego.  Mr. Gelly received his MBA from Suffolk University and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.

NANCY C. IRVING - Vice President

Experience: 21 Years
Ms. Irving is responsible for institutional business development within the
corporate, foundation and endowment markets. Prior to joining the firm in
2009, she held various sales and client service positions in the financial
services industry. After starting her career as a commercial lending analyst,
she went on to become a private banker and moved into the institutionally-
focused businesses in 2,000 with Mellon Financial/The Boston Company
Asset Management.

B. MICHAEL REARDON - Vice President, Consultant Relations

Experience: 20 years
Mr. Reardon is responsible for institutional business development and relations within the investment consultant community.  Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Reardon was the Senior Client Service Officer for the Mass Pension Reserves Investment Management Board (PRIM) overseeing $52 billion in client and consultant relationships.  Prior to 2003, Mr. Reardon co-founded start-ups North East Brewing Company and PAR Ventures, LLC. serving as controller and CFO.  From 1989-1996 he spent four years as an equity analyst/head trader for large cap value manager Hagler, Mastrovita & Hewitt, Inc. and four years at State Street Bank in custody and performance analytics.  Mr. Reardon has an MS in Finance from Boston College and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

DORENE L. ANDERSON - Vice President of Client Service

Experience: 11 years
Ms. Anderson is responsible for client service for the firm. Prior to joining Congress in October, 2007, Ms. Anderson held a similar role at Frontier Capital Management for over 10 years where she was responsible for all high-net worth relationships, as well as marketing and new business.  Ms. Anderson has also worked for Evergreen Investments as an Investment Associate.  Ms. Anderson received her Master’s Degree in Business from Suffolk University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Roger Williams University.  Additionally, Ms. Anderson completed the Boston’s Emerging Leaders program and is currently a member of the ELP program at the University of Massachusetts.   Ms. Anderson has also been involved as a volunteer for Big Brother/Big Sister and Habitat for Humanity. 

EMILY DIERCKS - Analyst

Experience:  6 years
Ms. Diercks is responsible for performance and attribution analysis, request for proposals and data reporting.  Ms. Diercks began her career at Congress in 2002 and has worked throughout the firm.  Ms. Diercks received her BA from the University of Vermont.

RICHARD VILLIOTTE - Director of Marketing & Strategic Development

Professional Experience: 15 years
Mr. Villiotte is a brand development and process implementation specialist with over 15 years of experience in marketing and visual design. Mr. Villiotte is responsible for the enhancing the firm’s brand awareness, and establishing client service standards that promote deep and lasting relationships. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Villiotte served as Director of the Visual Communications Program for Clark University/ACT. He received his B.A. from Clark University and holds multiple certifications in Process Management.
